Barry has been leading Customer centric business design for 20 years, working internationally with clients from a broad range of industry sectors to deliver innovation and solutions that improve commercial operations and optimize Customer Experience (CX), Engagement and Loyalty.
He joined Profound from CX design specialist Kynsale, having previously been Vice President Consulting at Globalware and BDR (International Ecommerce and Digital solutions). Prior to this Barry led commercial operations at Pirelli and Mars.
He has been at the forefront of approaches to CX and service design, developing proprietary design tools and methodologies which have been recognised by analysts and adopted by organisations and industry practitioners alike.
Barry leads Experience design at Profound encompassing Design, Research and Innovation services which focus on delivering better outcomes through a Customer centered approach to improve understanding, decision making, solution design and implementation.
