Working closely with our partners Gradient Edge, over the last 12 months we have helped the Planet Organic transform their business at considerable pace, so far introducing significant improvements in e-commerce, order fulfilment, online customer engagement and business insight. Winning the gold award for the journey so far is testament to the value delivered by the program and the cohesive team effort that has helped move Planet Organic forward in such challenging trading times.

The award was judged on a range of factors such as the success of the program against initial strategic goals and budget. Criteria for program design, implementation, stakeholder engagement and overall impact were successfully met. Further points were awarded for demonstrations of innovation and creativity. Re-platforming an enterprise e-commerce site in 90 days with a custom built order management system definitely required a lot of creativity and on-the-spot problem solving. Subsequent innovations in bringing the in-store community feel online and making customer-led decisions on program prioritisation have contributed to the successful outcomes Planet Organic have experienced.
