We are proud to announce that Profound and Planet Organic have been shortlisted as a FINALIST at the International Digital Experience Awards 2021.
Planet Organic Ltd is a specialist food retailer, operating in the organic and natural food sector and offers consumers the opportunity of a specialist one-stop-shop in a mini supermarket format and online via www.planetorganic.com. When Planet Organic, in the middle of a strategic discovery process, came to us with a concern about being able to support their customers in lockdown 2.0, Profound rose to the challenge. This meant transforming their e-commerce experience and liberating their operational team to meet the coming demand.
Over the course of the next 12 months, Profound and Planet Organic would focus on:
- Customer Experience – Providing relevant shopping experiences to the customer
- Digital Transformation – Establishing a flexible, modern commerce platform to unlock future growth potential
- Loyalty – Encouraging customers to return more frequently with engaging experiences and personalised rewards
Finding scalable, stable digital solutions to a myriad of challenges in a fast-paced transformation like Planet Organic’s has required a high degree of creative problem solving and innovation.
The International Digital Experience Awards looks to celebrate successful digital experience projects, highlighting organisations that are on their digital transformation journey and have innovated through the challenges that were faced over the past year, particularly in the face of a changing consumer market.
After an initial entry submission to the IDXA Awards team detailing the Strategy, Goals, Innovation and stakeholder engagement, we were recently notified that we would be finalists and would have to participate in the final presentations to be held on the 15th of July 2021.
